AccessKeyIP Signs Agreement with Facekey Corporation

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AccessKeyIP, Inc., (Pink Sheets: AVXN - News) the developer, designer and producer of advanced entertainment and communication devices, signed a memorandum of understanding with Facekey Corporation, Inc., (Pink Sheets: FEKY - News) the manufacturer of biometric-based products for access control, time and attendance and muster stations, to share sales and marketing initiatives.

The agreement will be finalized over the next few weeks and the full details will be the subject of a future announcement once it has been approved by both companies.
