Listen PL - first of all cool your attitude down, this is a board to post fact and opinion.
How do you know if they started buying shares on Friday or not? This is a pinksheet stock, so they don't have to file.
I am not familiar with a rule about 1.5 million shares a day being the maximum they are allowed to buy. The deal closes in May, so SIAM are not yet the company anyay, so they could easily be working with a MM to buyback shares.
You and I are allowed to buy at the bid and sell at the ask. Whether the MM's want to play ball with you is another matter, but during a run, it is always possible to sell at I have also bought at the bid many times.
It seems logical to me in light of the heavy volume, but no share price appreciation despite excellent news, that SIAM are working with a MM and are buying at the bid, which has been stopping the upward momentum today. Look at yesterday when we were hovering between .09 and .10 all day with huge volume and no uptick. Are you telling me that was just traders selling to each other at those levels?
This could have also been shorted and probably has been by the MM's. I remember seeing NITE on the bid at .07 earlier and the better bid was at .071. 100k went through at NITE's bid at .07, which may have been shorting.
