your "failed deals" are true....

again, win some, lose some.... u can't get every deal that u are negotiating for....

and, again... tons of evidence that gzfx mgmt can get it done with the big boys....

if they went for 4 or 5 big companies and only landed one (circuit city)....that is good negotiating, not "blowing" deals....

your problem w/ mgmt should be directed with the dilution situation....
