Your point is what exactly? We know the loan isn't closed because if it was then it will be PR'rd. Thats common knowledge. Xkem is too far along with too much support not to get the necessary funding to complete the work. What is important is under what terms will the loan be. I have no doubt in my mind that Xkem can easily get cash but at what cost? I believe Xkem is trying their best to secure loans that are in the best interest for Xkem and their future. I mean really were talking about chump change in money needed to have such a world effect. Way too many people could step in anytime and help Xkem out.
