You know what's funny...not one question I asked was answered. Hmmm.

What I did get was...

I just registered.
I'm a basher.
I'm being put ignore.
That's old news.
I've created fear in investors.
I'm arguing.
Cluttering the board.
I'm griping

It's amazing what happens when simple questions are asked. By asking these question some start doing some DD and find some simple ghost in the closet.

Speaking of DD...I've heard, I'm not going to tell. Do your own and the list goes on. I've always thought if a person has DD and it's factual DD it can only be a GOOD thing for the stock. Yet all one gets is, I'm not going to tell.

Let's stick with DD! Does China Plus have a web site? Being they are the largest shareholder who can tell me ANYTHING about China Plus and China Plus subsidiaries? Who has done their DD on this company?

One of my favorite issues with replies I got was "I'm tired of people bringing up old news". Well some same the past is not important and some say it is. To me it is. As posted earlier when dealing with P&D (yes a bad word) one should be concerned with the past especially PR's put out by the company...

Most pump-and-dump stocks have recorded little or no sales. Instead, they've issued voluminous media releases announcing exciting new products and deals to sell those products with distributors around the world.

Lets stay with VOLUMINOUS MEDIA RELEASES! Well has or has not BZTG released a lot of PR's? So wouldn't one expect an investor to question this issue? So isn't the past important? Old PR's? Most only back as far as late 2005. So in a year from now when a person brings up previous PR's (2007) are we going to hear, "I'm tired of people bringing up old news".

Sutida was attaching her name to PR's in 2005. So in my opinion she should be held accountable for those PR's. If they are dead issues now then so state it. Clean up old issues from previous PR's. No? Which would take away questionable issues.

One of the most important issues when dealing with an OTC stock is it becoming legit, a "full reporting company". And a serious CEO surely knows that. So when a CEO puts out a PR which states the following...

BANGKOK, Thailand, Oct. 20 /PRNewswire-First Call The company plans to change its name to Buzz Technologies, Inc. Sutida Suwunnavid, Chairman of the Board of Directors said, "Our top
operations priority is to ensure that we are a full reporting company with audited financial statements. We plan to work closely with the Highmark Group to quickly complete the requirements of trading on the American Stock
Exchange."

One would hope that a CEO would strive for such an important goal. No? Lets leave off the American Stock Exchange issue, we wont even go their. So I ask what has BZTG done in the past 1 1/2 years to reach it's top priority of becoming a full reporting company with audited financials?

How about revenues they've released PR's stating revenues from certain ventures. Well where are the revenues? Good question, no? If a person is so into a company then one would expect the company to follow through with any and all revenues.

What one gets is to many PR's stating estimated gazillion dollars numbers with the knowledge these are only far fetched estimates. A company should stick to PR's and leave out the exuberant numbers.

One needs to always know the very beginning of a company and if one did their DD they would know this company had a questionable background. I'm not saying this company is not doing things, not at all. What you have is a company which has a website which offers different abilities. It's a start-up website. Can anybody tell me the top 5 internet sites in China and or Thailand? You know the BIG ones. Can anybody name them?

My point is this is a flea on an elephants arze. It's being presented through it's PR's as an elephant on a flea arze with how it keeps putting exuberant $ figures it it's PR's. Hey BZTG leave out the BS $ comments in your PR's.

Dig and see who one of the players are. Was he the one who sold the 70 million shares? See how that person knew info before it was released. That's not fair to you or anybody is it? Gee wouldn't you have liked to know insider info when it was at $0.013 and then watched certain PR's released and see it climb to $0.45ish.

This is a penny stock I'm not telling anybody to sell or buy. But one should know the past and NOBODY should have to put up with ANYBODY being slapped around because he posted factual info.

How about the company buying back it's stock?
