I have been a shareholder for over a year now and was a big believer in NNLX but am growing very suspecious .
Here are some RED flags:
Some people started posting on this board with insider knowledge?
Suddenly one of this poster seems to be now the CEO of NNLX ??
The new CEO Bret Barnhizer , a guy with huge experience in the Oil-Energy fields, according to the PR ? Although trying to find a bio , googling , for Bret Barnhizer I only come up with links to the PRs statement and some minimal contributions to a political party? If he were such a well known professional in the energy field, surely I would be able to find a reference on this guy??
A CEO that is posting messages on a board, that is a HUGE red flag for a company. IT always turned out to be a scam!!
HENCE my hope is that EnergyKing is NOT related to the company in any way!!!
The latest PR stated that the stock compensations have been reduced by 50%? What does that mean?? How high were the compensations?? Why were the shareholders not informed about the stock compensations before?? sounds like a fluff add on!
The stock price is not moving despite all the recent positive PRs?? That looks like major DILUTION!!
RED FLAGS all over now..Unfortunatly another pink sheet that seems to turn out BS??
I hope not ...but the flags are up..
