EE BASS-It is the million dollar question. I don't know if there is a legal time limit on unsealing affidavits. My guess is that there is not and it need not be voluntarily unsealed. Even if the DOJ formally announced that they are dropping their investigation, my guess is that the affidavit will NOT be unsealed, atleast not without a court order to do so.
