Plant claimed to have engineering staff and technical capabilities in an earlier telephone conversation. I had been suspicious of his lack of technical knowledge.

The video showed no labs, no technicians, no engineers, no engineering executives and no manufacgturing capabilities contradicting his earlier claims.

That did it for me. Got out between 2 and 2.5

Still lost a bundle.
