Budget its all out there for everyone to see.How do you think you found it.
I just dont see your claim as to"Behind the back" going on.You make it sound as if the paperwork they filed to do what they are doing is illegal and not up to standards.I disagree.All thier paperwork was filed,According to the rules.Made up by the SEC,with Approved SEC paperwork.So hows that behind the back?
Also if it was behind the back to hide something then why did the SEC make forms and Regs to file these things so people could know?

I think Overhead said it well you posted about the REG D,SB-2,15-12g, we never said you couldnt,we didnt censor you. But thats the only drumbeat you have.Almost all investors ive seen here know how to look these things up!

Theres other things like,Seeking to get on a different board.To have thier debt restructured.That people contacted the company to do this not the company contacted someone else to do it.WOW what a concept.People knocking on your door because they are willing to invest in your product.Woweee How many pinksheets have that happen to them? Hows come you dont harp on that,hows come your drum beat doesnt include all the facts?
