Roast pork tenderloin sandwich for lunch today.
I rubbed it with lots of spices and slow baked it last night for about 4 hours. You could cut it with a fork.
A little thousand island, some fresh red onion, tomato, and toasted whole grain bread.
Mmmm... roast pork, the other white meat.
