highC--that is a BS excuse..."time to stall until they had to declare the current conditions, which admittedly are not rosy at the moment".

No reason for a delay or to change auditors 2 days before Q is due. Something is up and it ain't the share price either.

Just my opinion. Next action will be the horrible "E" after CEXI.
