Panama has one of the Worlds strictest banking rules and regulations.Try opening a bank account there.Its on a par with Switzerland for Brokerage rules.So dont let anyone like Janice fool you into thinking its the wild west.Far from it.If our Country had the same rules we would'nt have the likes of Janice working for the Naked shorters.They would all be in jail.
