I'm sure in due process someone can give you the breakdown of your revenue questionsl. However?
At this point it is like Cal's Sporting Goods going out of business and all of the products being sold continue to be sold thru other retailers. In this case lets assume Cal's Sporting Goods sells Remington firearms. Remington products continue to sell all the while at Walmart, Dick's Sporting Goods, Cabela's etc.. although Cal's is out of business. In this case Cyberkey taking the role of Cal's while being much smaller in comparison.
How Cyberkey did/had advertise in the past was solely at the discretion of Cyberkey. While Cyberkey would have been the one that spent the money. While asking questions you should ask Cyberkey how much they actually spent in advertising over the past 3 months. It had nothing to do with Sequiam. Cyberkey simply advertised the Keepsafe which is different label than Biovault. Cyberkey and Sequiam were never partners! This may be why you are confused.
Cyberkey was just a reseller like the other distributors, Except that CKYS placed an order to private lable the Biovault under their brand they called Keepsafe. BTW, I imagine with Cyberkey's problems the brand name Keepsafe has been tarnished now as well.
One of the issues I tried to ask a few months agao was the price discrepancies available from the other Sequiam distributors for the Biovault. They basically all offered the Biovault at a discounted price to the Keepsafe brand.
It is my conclusion that I would pay less for a Biovault brand versus the higher Keepsafe.
That is not hidden. No never saw any announcement of a split. Basically, Cyberkey paid up front for product. If they were fulfilling the order my guess would be 1/12th of $2.2 million order got filled or approximately $200K. Sequiam 4th quarter was approx $1.2 million. The difference in my opinion was made up between the other resellers. Just an educated guess.
I agree that another reseller will more than likely pick up the loss of business due to Cyberkey misfortunes. It is like if one convenience store goes out of business that sells BP gasoline. I'd bet you can still buy BP gasoline right down the road.
