1 year? 2 years? Doesn't really matter....this stock runs on days/weeks not in a timeframe of years! Either way the point was that those restricted shares do not result in dilution of the float until the end of the restriction period.....which using BKMP's timeframe (of days to weeks) is irrelevant from an investment standpoint!
