There will be no dilution on April 30th....although the OS will/may increase, in this case it is the float that counts...at least for the entire period in which the converted shares are restricted!

I don't care who converts and who doesn't.....two years is a long time and hopefully the pps will be well above sub subs by then...and I will be long gone also!
