and thanks for referencing post 10916, obviously I did not read it when you posted it. Now I know who the shareholder was who suggested cxo to the Gleasmans.

P.S. I am glad the Gleasmans spent the money on lawyers. If they took the heat for hiring cxo they certainly deserve praise for the decision to successfully appeal.
