dmceng...you're welcome. The 10K's from thses companies, not just DNAG, are almost always loaded with negative projections and/or numbers as disclaimers so the company can "CYA". They are almost always stating that the very future of XYZ company MAY be in jeopardy as an ongoing entity. Pay no attention to these disclaimers because they almost ALL from MOST EVERY penny stock company have a negative tone. They are documented as such for legal reasons ONLY.
