cm3i, that's what bothers me about the OSC, they investigate, halt and put a damper on things for all investors but yet they appear to make information available through ways that are not known to the general public. The OSC is supposed to investigate the complaints filed on behalf of investors against SLJB. What good is their web site if investors have to dig for the information? Why do they say they will post info they get on SLJB on their site and to this day I cannot find what has already been made public by others?

I'm not even sure how legit posting the trading accounts is, but if it is legit, obviously certain people have the info before the investors do. I say if the OSC has done nothing wrong in releasing certain info to individuals, let them put everything up on their site, including the UNREDACTED affidavit that was released months ago by certain people. It's only fair and I think every concerned investor will agree.

In the mean time, 5 days to the hearing!
