4/7/2006 Journal transfer of 3.5 Mil shares of LFWK. Started selling them immediately
4/12/2006 Journal transfer of 4 Mil shares of LFWK. Started selling them immediately
5/8/2006 Journal transfer of 3 Mil shares of LFWK. Started selling them immediately
7/24/2006 Journal transfer of 5 Mil shares of LFWK. Started selling them immediately
8/4/2006 Journal transfer of 1 Mil shares of SLJB. Started selling them immediately
8/28/2006 Journal transfer of 1 Mil shares of SLJB. Started selling them immediately

That is 17.5 Million shares that were journal transferred into the nominee account.

It will be very interesting to review the nominee account of Tracy Banumas. In Sam Suljas nominee account there is a monthly infusion of cash from Mystic Garden of 22,740.85 per month. First one was in January and provided to funds to start trading LFWK in March even before any journal shares were transferred in. All totalled Mystic Garden transferred $250,140 from January to November.
