I do think that if JP put out a PR stating the float... people would believe him.. IN FACT I think most would believe any FACTUAL information he puts out right now... I don't think any JUDGE would look to kindly that He would lie while this investigation continues.. He truly would have to have a wish for a lONG time in prison..
