I thought there was one back when he issued the divvy.
I think he issued the divvies to buy himself some time.
The problem is, did he back himself into a corner or what?
If BKMP only owns 20%, the what harm can a raider really do?
If Mike owns the rest of TFN, then how can a raider take over the company?
We can play guessing games all we want.... however, we won't know until we know!
