The term SCAM keeps rearing it's ugly head here, so I have a few questions for you that keep throwing the term around:

1) If you were running a scam, why would you base it in Dallas, Texas..easily within reach of the law?

2) If you were running a scam, why would you announce things like "dividends" and "audited financials" if you believed at the time that you could not produce them? You would have just set an unecessary deadline on yourself. Let's face it, things would have just chugged right along fine if these announcements were not made.

3) If you were running a scam, why would you be continually REDUCING the O/S?

4) If you were running a scam, wht would you involve the names of respected businessmen like Manuel Puron, or high ranking Panamanian officials like Hector Alleman? How about Tony Fergo? Do you think MAYBE they would send someone to "have a word" with you if you used their names recklessly?

5) If you were running a scam, why would you make it so complicated that it would be hard to keep track of your story were it not true?

6) If you were running a scam, wouldn't you more likely have a simple "product" that more people understood and could relate to...like "cement sales?"

7) If you were running a scam, would you be able to get numerous "third party verifications" from people like David Shaw (Terre Verde) and larger companies like Desimplex? (By the way, if this were a scam, why would you even NEED a company like Desimplex involved?) Looks a little more like infrastructue developement to me.

Sorry...as many things as there are that we do not understand about this company, there are just as many things that do NOT point to "scam".

There have been delays, and a few problems lately. It wasn't that long ago that some of you were posting that they were suspicious because there WEREN'T any delays or problems.
