the facts are that if he/she/they found that on another site than they found it months ago when it was last posted. There are no new investors so all here are old investors including those pretending to be new. Yall need to wait for real news and quit making up stuff or bringing up old stuff that has already been cleared up. Has stated by both the texas department and fat franks the proper paper work was submited and filed to sell shares prior to the court telling them they were selling illegal shares. The whole thing was a miss understanding. Or atleast that is what has been posted by numerous parties. I personally am waiting for the news concerning the failure to turn in employee taxes which we know is a real ongoing case and not just something that may or may not be wild speculation at worst and old news at best.
