Because I am completly nuts I always leave more then one way out of a room. So Even though I no longer use TDAMERITRADE to trade PNMS I left the account open for other reasons at this point in time. I asked them about the restriction this is what they sent back really no change but I feel it is always worth positing it.

TD Ameritrade has restricted trading in PNMS to closing transactions only because of a pending corporate action by PANAMERSA CORP. TD Ameritrade will not allow opening transactions until we can be sure that we will be able to settle buy orders and post shares of the stock to your account on settlement.
