I spoke to my brokerage firm out of New York. Their are no shares available for lending. I put in an order for two certificates at two different brokerage house. That was 5 weeks ago. Etrade and Penson still have not taken shares out of my account. In the past when I ordered PBLS certificates for the first buy back they were much faster. This tells me the brokerages are having a tough time coming up with clean certificates. Anyone else having this experience?
