Pulling certs is a good idea but I would suggest a smart way to do it. One way would be to order certs for half the position you own and leave the other half remaining open for the trading run. I think pulling the certs will cause the pss to run at least double where we are from here. And with the buy back starting at the same time, then we could easily see pennyland.

By pulling half your position in cert's you help the other half of you holdings by means of pps increase. You could effectively trade the other half left in you account when the price is double or higher from here, and then have you orginal investment returned to you. The certs sent in for the PDR's would be based off of "FREE SHARES" and would then worth the risk for the big returns being offered.

In my opinion, this is a safe way to play the certs during the buyback and also get a play into the PDR's.
