Hi EC - thanks for your efforts. I have not posted because there seemed to be very little interest from others in following up with possible remedies for shareholders or with respect to other remedies.

Unfortunately, the 1000's of posts since my post are, largely, the typical "bash vs pump," blame rehash, name-calling, in which I have very little interest, and which IMO does very little other than to blow off steam. Empty words, even if repeated over and over or "cut and pasted,", do not create anything of value.

I think I posted my opinions pretty objectively, and I don't post in volume. Posting many times does not necessarily improve an argument. "Cut and paste" does not necessarily result in orginal thought.

None of us can influence the OSC or the SEC. Petar, Sulja and deVries may be working to settle, but none of us will know this until it is announced. I still believe that their attorneys should be trying to get them out of these very hot waters and the most direct way is to disgorge and bring benefit to the entity of which they apparently took advantage. Now that at least one class action has been presented, they will have to consider this also.

I doubt Petar and friends can just run away with the money, given the trails they left. That's just my opinion but they've left enough trails to trace proceeds.

My posts have been consistent for months despite all the lies posted about me. I have no reason to change my opinion or to post the same thing over and over. I always believe in handling each situation as its own and can find optimism, as well as pessimism. I always post that each penny stock can be bashed.

However, the facts that have been presented so far don't give a lot of room for optimism. The optimism lies more in the negatives. As strange as that sounds, by that, I mean Petar, SS and deVries have been cornered and the only way out might be for them to do the right thing finally.

How much, if anything, that helps us is anyone's guess. But if some of the numbers are to be believed, we are talking perhaps as much as $12 million, plus businesses in Kore, Consultech and who knows what else was promised?? There aren't many pinkies that have much more than air and shares. So the hope is that the OSC activity, and the threat of SEC action, gets these people to put any and all assets promised, as well as cash and assets gained personally, into the public corporate entity.

As I look at this post, I've made the mistake of saying the same thing I said before so I apologize. I just didn't want you EC to think I had changed my opinion. I just don't see the value in posting over and over, hypotheticals, name-calling, lies, assumptions and theoreticals. The endgame looks fairly simple to me in its complexity LOL.

Of course, as always, just my opinion.
