It is possible for the PPS to go up or down. Depending on how people view it, but a loss isnt alway bad, on companies like this its about cash flow, assets, and leverage. If they have a good ROI on their capital, a loss is minimal, as long as it is short term, if earnings remain negative for a long period of time, then a rise in PPS is very slim.
