(ALRY) I think one of the most logical reasons for them to shift their corperation/operations, to Kansas from Oklahoma, is this Pending deal to sell natural Gas to the City of COFFEYVILLE.

Municipalities are more inclined to grant bids for utilities(gas, oil, electric) services and delivery to a local(in State) corperation...IMO

Below are the Smith lease production numbers from a site I use to do DD on oil/gas leases in Kansas.
I could use some help investigating ALRY's lease holdings, due to the extensive time involved searching<<< go to Allenergy's website and look at the names of their leased fields and cross them at this below site. This will be the bombshell PR that sets this train a running.......IMO
take notice to the 2006 produce #'s for that well. just became active again after years of neglect.
at one time, when technology wasn't what it was, it produced 4000+ in 1982...........lol Imagine what it can do now that our boy's (ALRY) on on the job with new men and new equipment....

Allenergy in Potential Gas Sale to Power Coffeyville, Kansas, Electricity Generators

COFFEYVILLE, Kan., Jan 04, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Allenergy, Inc. (OTC: ALRY), with a 17-year history in the oil and gas industry and current involvement in the multi-billion dollar natural gas fields in Kansas and Oklahoma, announced today that it has initiated discussions to sell natural gas to the City of Coffeyville, Kansas, which would be used to power generators that supply electricity to the City and surrounding areas.

"We have been in contact with the City Engineer and have proposed placing a gas dehydration unit on Allenergy's 160-acre Smith Lease property," said Company President Larry Sanford. "This unit will dry the gas and then compress it into a dry gas pipeline that will be used to power the generators," he added.

"Allenergy has planned follow up meetings with City of Coffeyville officials to expedite this important project," Mr. Sanford concluded. Coffeyville, in southeastern Kansas, is a manufacturing center and home to Amazon.com's largest distribution outlet.
