Your post is idiotic. No company is going to tout a sharebuyback to start immediately and then dilute at the same time.

Thats illegal and the company knows it. I've talked to other CEOs about this and they have also said that is a totally ridiculous statement. CEOs are liable for what they say and can go to jail for false statements.

As far as who is shorting this look no further than the MMs.
Read my post earlier. There are loopholes in the system that gives the MMs the right to naked short as many shares as they want to slow down buying and that they can also keep those naked shorts open for years if they choose and noone will ever know because there not required to report it to anyone.

I hope you can come up with a better post than that. That was one idiotic post with nothing backing it up.

Just sell and move on is my advice to you and all the other bashers. I will gladly collect all your shares and take my chances.

Fight hard for the shares because there are not many left. Float is drying up quick and the company will be buying back in force.
