Yes, there could be some expenses involved which cannot yet be capitalized.It is a matter of accounting procedures.I dont know how the buyback of shares is treated.There are questions on how many shares have been bought back. They have not yet announced anything on that. Just what IR has said. I do hope that they have bought back over a billion as some seem to think.
