Isnt the Company incorporated in California or is that just the mailing adress and the office. They have property in Kansas and right near/across border into Oklahoma so probably have mini offices all over various sites. Maybe this means total incorporation into kansas for tax relief, etc. Should not be difficult for transition at all.
