What is the proportion of AIPC and ADPC patients who have had their prostates surgically removed?

Also, is there any info on the use of Provenge on patients who have not had their prostates surgically removed?? Prostatitis issues and what have you... what about patients that have had radiation and/or "seeding", are they candidates for Provenge use??

There is an ongoing discussion on the IV board about that and most of us do not seem to have the correct answers. This issue will clearly impact the potential market of Provenge post approval so it is very important.
