That's strange. According to MSN.Money, Bushnell and a director named McLeod purchased 310,000 shares at a price of $1.12. The shares sold by insiders were about 260,000. I think the .35 price you refer to was the price for private placements that were made to raise capital before the restaruant was opened and the stock was trading well below $1. I can't find any information on purchases made for .35 in December. Can you provide a link to that please?
