If everyone knows about this so called cash takeover (and if you know then everyone else knows) and if the market cap of this stock is only $1.75mm and if management (are these guys management or are they robbers) will not accept anything less than $30,000,000 (boy are they greedy) then

whose is selling????????????????????????????????????????????????

I ask you who is selling????????????????????????????????????????

Whoever is selling all those shares (and they seem to have alot more shares than you einsteins) must be real dummies.
