It takes 4 to 6 weeks to issue certificates registered in your name. For certificates registered in another name or at a different address, it may take longer.

Certificates requested from Custodial accounts must be registered with the same name as the name on the account.

Certificates are not available from retirement accounts such as IRAs or Keoghs.
