Can someone explain this to me?

* The offshore Canadian corp of the same name is Loftwerks after it went private by selling its public vehicle (o/s) to Sulja Ltd.

* Sulja Ltd incorporated an acquistion corp (SPAC) to acquire the LFWK public vehicle

* That makes the acquistion corp the parent company of SLJB and a private holding of Sulja LTD.

* The private offshore Canadian corp, Loftwerks, now with the same name as SLJB is NOT A PART OF THE SULJA CONSOLIDATED GROUP!!! There is NO Sulja Canada equity in a SLJB common share.

* The private offshore Canadian corp CANNOT BE A PART OF ANY AUDIT OF THE SULJA CONSOLIDATED GROUP.

time to move on. Everyone was hosed. There was never a merger.
