Dear SEC: Please don't forget about Mike Alexander. I am concerned because I rarely hear his name mentioned in the legal stuff. But he is the CONTROL PERSON - he paid Rufus and Ben and Sabra as "solicitors," and held full control of the corp while they lied and pumped.

IMO, it should all fall on his shoulders, ultimately.
