From the beginning I chose to do my own visits and spend my own time. I presented factual information I received to the BEST of my understanding. IMHO I posted what I understood to be true at the time. I never presented myself as a hero or anyone but a person who took the time to visit the company in person.
I am truly sorry for those here who are angry, frustrated and have threatened Jim,myself and others in private.
I am still standing where I have from the beginning. The book is not finished and to the best of my present knowledge Jim and CKYS have not lied to me.
Yes some of you can take present events and spin them to not line up with my first visit or others posts here. Hey if that is what you wish to do I am not responsible for your choice in the judgements and conclusions that you reach.
I am not responsible for your investment, buying,selling or holding. Over and over again I said if I felt that Jim lied to ME then I would post as such and be gone from this stock. At this present time IMHO I have not been lied to by Jim and CKYS.
You all can have opinion.
I will be gone for the weekend for the most part to get away from many who lack common sense and restraint.
For those with more of a level headed mind please allow the full story to come out.
I have said that IF Jim is guilty of any fraud then he should be penalized. At the present I do not feel that is the story.
Speculation and other conjecture without the full story makes those who come to those conclusions foolish in their reasoning without ALL the facts.
NO amount of money loss should ever cause someone to attack and or disrespect anyone.
I am sincere and do not wish for any to lose anything.
Let me say that I have orders in today GTC to buy millions of shares based on my belief in CKYS and Jim Plant.
As a follower of Christ I sleep well knowing that my faith in the Lord and my honesty in what I have posted was the truth at the time it was posted as I understood it and I have not ask anyone to follow me in my investment decisions.
Rather over and over again I have said do your OWN DD and IMHO.
If you feel the need to bash, trash or otherwise make yourself feel better by attacking someone here then I cannot say or do anything to help you.
Yes I will probably drink some ice tea this weekend and enjoy my family. I hope you all look deep inside and ask yourself what is the most important thing in life.
To me it is my Lord, my family and friends. I have made many friends on here including Jim Plant. I spoke with him tonight and told him that I hope he is ok as a person and that I love him as a friend. If you cannot understand friendship and just have to attack someone without the full story then you cannot grasp true friendship and concern for another.
Jim may be the CEO of CKYS but he is a person. Right now the mob is heavy with stones and rocks and other items. Slander,libel and such being thrown all over the place.
When this is all over and it proves out that Jim did not know about certain things and did not deceive,dilute or otherwise sell you the shareholder or the company down the river will you be able to take back your words and posts that may turn out to in fact be lies of your own.
I received an email as did another person today in writing from Jim Plant saying " I am not diluting" .
You don't have to take my word for anything...Please don't take my word but understand that I have been told that over and over again by Jim and now I have it in writing. Now Jim is not a stupid man...period. He is under a SEC investigation and he puts in writing that his company is not diluting....You decide what you wish to do but please please quit with the threats to his office, to others. It is wrong pure and simple.
He had to send his whole staff home because of threats to his office. Stop and let him work if he is to be cleared and finish the SEC investigation. Allow those who continue to be shareholders to let their CEO and other company employees work and get this behind them.
Stop and use some reason. Let ALL the facts present themselves.
Please I implore all of you to use some reason. Jim knows as well as all of you that 390 million was traded today and then after hours it was reduced to 382 million in volume for CKYS. So that is approx. twice the float.
It appears to me that Jim knowing this volume would not put in writing today that he is not diluting if he was. Also did you ask yourself how many of you got shares at .0001 or .0002 today? How many shares did HDSN run thru and look at the volume that ran thru at .0001 clear up thru .001
Think and don't let the mob mentality do your thinking, don't let rumor and supposition sway you from allowing all the facts.
Notice some here tonight are bringing back old posts of many to cause doubt fear and confusion.
Did Jim get charged and arrested and go before a Judge...yes...fact.
Did Jim get released...yes
Is Jim guilty of what he was charged....if we voted and allowed IHUB majority to vote...yes.....evidently the Judge let him go upon proof from his Attorney that their were OTHER FACTS.
You can either go with the mob, think for yourself or throw in the towel and feel you have lost your investment if you have sold.
Make a non-emotional decision based on ALL the FACTS not rumors or the crowd. Make an honest decision not on anything I write or anyone else writes one way or another.
Yes it appears by the present preponderance of evidence presented by all those who are now prosecuting attorneys and practice here on THE IHUB COURT that Jim is guilty and should be thrown to the dogs.
I chose to not allow IHUB COURT to be my judge and jury in the case of Jim Plant. I chose to let the facts play out and allow my friend the benefit of the doubt.
Yes my friend. A friend stands with his friend in the best and worst of times.
