It is obvious that Sequiam did not receive cash in hand. Basically, Cyberkey placed an order for a specific quantitiy of product for immediately delivery over a 12 month period.

In addition Sequiam has already filed 4th quarter financials and in no way does it imply in the filing they received the entire payment for the order.

Cyberkey's problems are isolated within Cyberkey.
