Now, Lets recalculate the math. Say free trading is 577m. cut the shareholder count down to 1,000 and you 577k share average per investor. It could then be reasonable to assume that with a 577k share average, the float is dry?

It looks like we are still in good shape even with the necessary conversions, as long as the company raised enough cash to fund the acquisitions, launch and advertising. And I still would be willing to bet the company generates enough revenue to retire shares to the treasury in the not too distant future, because they want to uplist and will need a higher pps.
