TO THE BOARD:
My apologies for this late posting - I was up until 3am dealing with current events (or lack of them) and after over sleeping I got up to discover that my internet connection was not working.
I am as dissapointed as I am sure everyone else is. I have no excuses, nor do I offer any. When I last spoke with MT, I was sure that we would see the documents posted online last night and a PR this am at the open. I have not spoken with him today. I believe he is in route back to the states.
As neither of these events has apparently transpired and I cannot give a logical answer I really am unsure of how to address any questions.
I have not personally sold a single share (hard to do without a connection) and I will NOT sell. My take at this point is to just wait and see what happens over the weekend. Mike has never lied to me and I have no reason to think that he is anything but behind on execution of the plan.
For the record, I have been upfront and honest with everyone in terms of my understanding of this play and my belief in the company. That has not changed, albeit I am certainly dissapointed with current developments (or lack thereof).
This much I will promise everyone. I will NOT set here over the next few months trying to prop up a failed pennystock. I have seen that type of thing before and have no intention of being in that position.
I will stay on a mod as long as I believe in this company. If the time comes that I no longer have faith in MT and PNMS, I will sell and resign as moderator.
I haven't read the board this am but I can guess by the number of posts that it is a Duzzie!! I can only say that everyone is entitled to his/her opinion.
