just quoting the March 09 PR. I was hoping AF's but I also know what private means in Panama we went throught the same thing with WEL (Boot and Coots Oil Well Firefighters) back in 2002. Not even CNBC and all the shorters in the world could find the names of the parties that WEL owed money. It was used by shorts to slow the run after it spiked to $2.30 from .25
