If repurchase is going to happen it should happen within a month because of the upcoming elections. What many do not understand with repurchase this could explode even before the factory is completed as long as the funding is there to complete it. The government is basically guaranteeing the investor's money. What other penny stock or any stock for that matter gets that kind of warranty. I know many have probably laughed when they read my .42 prediction sometime before the end of this year but????? JMO
