"A while back I would have said 2008" for NAND flash in personal computers. "Now I would say the second half of 2007," says Sackman.

If this guy is correct, SNDK's long-held market strategy - pressuring price to spur adoption of SNDK IP as industry standard in an increasingly wide range of products - is now driving the entire microelectronics industry. SNDK is in the position INTC and MSFT were in perhaps 10-12 years ago.

The virtuous cycle - lower price speeds adoption, which increases sales, which offers economies of scale and lowers price - will cause NAND to appear in everything. SNDK is a must-own stock for the next 5 years.
