IMPORTANT- I just called Scottrade. I put in a phone order on AGHD yesterday. My account still shows restriction on AGHD but a sale order at .0060. I dont see NITE on my L2 on Micricaptrade. I called Scottrade and they said that MM's dont have to display orders over 10,000 shares. I asked if i could break my order up to 9000 shares per sell order. They said yes but that there is no way to get NITE to follow the rule. They can ignore it and no one will do anything. On a big board stock Scottrade could call and push the MM. This means NITE is short and is trying to keep prices low. They are hurting IMO. GLTA
