The question is, what did he do with the proceeds from the hundreds of millions of shares he sold out into the market? I think it's obvious now that the float is much bigger, and the while there may be a short position, it was probably a legal short!! So hopefully, he still has cash in his account.. whether it's his personal account or not, if he received it from the sale of CKYS stock under fraudulent pretenses, I think that money is ours.. if he hasn't already moved it offshore.
