its no soft at all, they need A LOT dinamita.. to open the tunnel, that way in colombia do to the fact of guerrillas or paramilitary, the local goverment controls the quantitid of the amount they give you, and if the company have short of that explosive and some one get, the company persom that have permition for explosive can loss the licenses and also go to jail buddu,this issues there are very seroius.
