JB why I became a bit pessimitic.. or let me quote your response "Mdfyinvestor I have no idea why you are now pessimistic and this morning you were optimistic. Today a lot of information has been passed on and a lot of gaps filled. On the board we have had individuals prove their intent and one even has admitted selling stock which has driven down the pps. You should be more worried about the alleged shareholders than me and that is an absolute fact."
I became pessimistic because I had hope that some of those 33 million shares would be returned and that would create some good news .. bring in more new investors and would reduce the number of shares in the market --> meaning higher pps. But your replies made it clear that it's not going to happen. So that made me pessimitic...
Anyway, your offer of helping Medify would be accepted with alot of optimisim. Hopefully, this time you would place all your cards in the open. With 33 million shares it makes a lot of sense for you to help anyway! You have the most to gain not only financially but also with respect to your personal life -- which you will ultimately get by making Medify successful! If Medify fails it would really mean you wasted 12 years for nothing. So I have total faith in you that this time you really mean it.
I am willing to help Medify with ideas too and many on this board will do the same.If you look at some of my previous postings you will see some of things Medify can think about to go about sales. It does not take too much money to create a video for the demo. Especially if you first spend your thoughts and energy on the content and overall story! So, it should be one of the foremost thing to work on. By working on developing the demo.. the Medify employees will in turn learn how to do demos in front of the customers! It's even more critical to do that now because Medify does not employ the founders ( the salesforce will not have the same dedication/passion which you have)! So maybe you could fund medify and put some conditions in it such that they do spend some money for sales and marketing! Also, maybe you want to help medify setup their medifyremote website! You have a partner called Oracle ask them to host it or just do a google search and you will find tons of vendors who will host it for you.
JB why don't you just join the ihub board too.. after all you know the most about Medify.. you are the largest shareholder.. and you will have the maximum influence on Medify. And if Medify needs help for ideas then you can ask the ihub board to help.
At the same time you could help in educating the new investors on the board! Maybe you could post some pictures of Medify office, some literature which you have which is not on the ihub ibox.
