I suspect BA may be the real con here though. Remember BA is not just Cyberkey's IR, it does ALL the marketing for JP, it also lines up business deals for JP. A lot of the deals are made within BA's "circle". BA may be real con behind the scene, making all the money, and after they got paid enough, they let JP out in the open without a chair.
